1.Add fruits and vegetables in your meal. This will fill your stomach and help you cut down on the calories you would take in from the other foods.
2.Don't skip your breakfast. This will boost your metabolism and decrease your tendency to overeat later during the day.
3.Include snacks every 4 hours such as oranges, apples or green salads. Eat anything you like in small quantities just make sure you have something in your stomach at all times, you shouldn't feel hungry.
4.Fix your time of eating. Eating at irregular times may upset your whole diet. So, maintain a specific schedule and always stick to it.
5.Divide your plate into two parts - Three fourths of your plate should be filled with vegetables, grains, beans and fruits while the other quarter should be extra-lean meat or low-fat dairy products.
6.Drink plenty of water. One glass of water every hour would helps you eat lesser without making you feel hungry. Water also flushes out all the waste in your body and helps in digestion too. Drink atleast two to three litres of water daily.
7.Eat slowly and grind your food to pieces before swallowing it. Munch and chew every bite. Eating slowly will give you satisfaction from every bite.

The side benefits are obvious - you'll look and feel better. Those extra inches are not only unsightly but also mean your wardrobe shrinks all the time with less and less items of clothing fitting you comfortably. You need to find a diet plan that works for you and which will help you lose your excess body fat in a healthy manner. Unfortunately it is not always easy to resist the temptation presented to you when you see that some diets can help you to shed those pounds faster than other diets.
Slower but healthier is better!
But as we've already said make sure you get fast weight loss just to keep your confidence levels high then when you continue with your healthy diet plan you will find that it is easier to keep those pounds and inches off even after you resume a more or less normal lifestyle.
The trick with these healthy diet plans, the thing that makes it easier for you to keep the weight off even after you stop the diet, is that over the course of time, your healthy diet plan becomes a lifestyle, ultimately enabling you to continue eating healthily which helps you to keep those pounds off.
So be smart and first chose a diet plan that suits your body type, not what you wish your body type is. From there it's then a hop skip and a jump to getting that body you always wanted. And whenever you know that you have excess body fat lose it as soon as you can, don't let it pile up on you so that you task becomes that much harder, once again.
