Lose Love Handles Fast

However, there are some individuals with excessive fats that result in fat bellies and even obesity. Men and women react to fats differently too. So how fast is it really to lose love handles fast?



Different individuals have different fat deposits. A lot of factors are attributed to this. Age is one. Gender is another factor. The most common is unbalanced diet. If what you eat generates more fats than what your body normally burns without any exercise, your chance to lose love handles fast is unlikely to happen. The more fats your body stores, the longer it will take you to burn them.

One other important thing that you must know is that the love handle section of your body is the most likely to accumulate unwanted fats. While this is true, it is also the last to dispose of them. Your beer belly is a stubborn belly when it comes to reducing weight and muscle building. However, there are ways to lose love handles fast but you have to be extra patient and determined about this.

- You have to lose weight first. If you're aiming for a six-pack abs but your belly resembles a mushroom, get rid of them first. It is not possible to immediately train for muscle building if those rolls are still bulging around your waist. The best types of exercise would be something that you excessively perspire. One of the most common trainings is aerobics. If this is a bit exhausting, brisk walking will do. Take about 45 minutes per day in the morning where the air is fresher.

- Regularly do resistance exercise. This training aim to build muscles in your body. When done regularly, you will eventually have toned muscles. Why do you need to do this? Because muscles burn fats. If you have them, you won't have to work as hard in the long run. And all you need to do is to maintain your weight. Then you won't have to worry about how to lose love handles fast. When you've reduced your body weight, increase your mass with muscles. Try the abdominal crunch exercises and weightlifting.

- Get the right nutrition. Of course, this is already explained above. The more food you eat means more chances of storing excessive fats. If these stored fats are not used in the soonest time possible, you'll end up piling those ugly love handles. While exercising, be conscious about the food you eat too. Get the right amount of protein, vitamins, and minerals. Consider fibrous foods, lean meat, fish, fruits and vegetables in your diet. Eat breakfast and avoid taking binges and snacks. If you want to lose love handles fast, you have to help yourself by not helping yourself with fatty foods.

Is there really such an exercise that makes you lose love handles fast? The answer depends on you. You should know your average weight at your age, how much weight you've gained in the last coupled of months, and how fat you are now. When you do, you should be able to judge which exercise to start with to lose love handles fast.

I'm telling you from experience that you can do abdominal exercises and other various forms of sweating your brains out, which happens to be the way that most people trying to lose their problem area fat deposits go about it, but until you stop believing the lie you aren't going to see results.

For years I was caught up in this lie, that goes something as follows: Exercise is the most important part of getting the sexy midsection and as long as I do my abs exercises each and every day I won't need to focus on my diet that much.

So, operating under this lie, I would do thousands of crunches and sit-ups without ever losing an ounce of fat from my love handles.

It was miserable to say the least. I mean, it seems to be logical that if I "worked" my abs I would get the flat, tone, sexy stomach that I always wanted. But this is not the case.

In fact, the greatest secret to losing not only the belly fat, but the fat thighs, butt, hips and other problem areas as well, just happens to illogical.

And that key is your diet?

The fact of the matter is that the only way to lose your love handles and other problem fat areas fast is by addressing the food you eat and the way that you eat it.

So for the sake of saving you from a ten thousand word explanation, here's two diet secrets that you need to begin following right now to quickly lose your stomach fat deposits...

1. Refined/process sugar is your worst enemy... Eliminate it.

This means you need to stop consuming the soda, sports drinks, fruit juices, candy, white bread and other foods heavily loaded with refined sugar.

2. No high energy carbs in the P.M hours.

By high energy carbs I mean bread, pasta, fruit and certain vegetables such as potatoes. These are high energy foods that tend to be stored as fat while you sleep. If you want to quickly lose the handles then the only carbs that you should be consuming in the P.M. hours are green leafy vegetables.

It's these two little diet secrets that allowed me to get rid of my embarrassing love handles. And please don't get me wrong, abdominal exercises are great for toning and developing the six pack. It's just that when it comes to losing the belly fat they won't do much good.
