Carrying a baby can be a real motivator for a mother to be. You are motivated to eat healthy, get the proper rest and even exercise to keep your strength up. It seems that after childbirth your focus changes. You are now thinking only on the baby's needs and have forgotten what it is you need to remain strong and healthy.
