Have you ever wondered how new celebrity moms lose weight so fast after they give birth' Of course they have nannies, personal trainers, nutritionists, personal assistants to help them reach their goal. It is their job to look aesthetically pleasing so they have plenty of inspiration. To the average person, it may seem impossible to copy their diet and exercise regimen but that is simply not true! The key is finding the time and keeping your energy level up!
Exercise during your entire pregnancy (up until 2 weeks of giving birth) but not too intensely as it may cause a miscarriage. It is a good idea to have a healthy fixation about your weight.  Continue your routine post pregnancy but with some moderation incorporating cardio, strength, and core training into the mix. Work out 5 days a week for about 25-45 minutes and do something different each day. For example, Jennifer Lopez varies between Pilates one day and one hour of cardio followed by another hour of weight training.Â
Some stars such as Milla Jovovich follow the 5 factor diet which consists of 5 meals per day of mixed proteins, low to moderate glycemic carbohydrates, healthy fats, fiber and sugar free beverages. By breastfeeding alone, you can burn an extra 500-600 calories a day. Women who use formula find it more difficult to melt away the post baby access pounds. The fact is, many celebrities work out 2-3 hours a day to quickly lose the weight. That is just not practical but by following these tips you will be successful!
Losing The Baby Weight
Formerly known as Trista Rehn from The Bachelor, where she beat 23 other women on the race to Ryan Sutter's heart, Trista Sutter has gone a long way from being just another reality TV contestant to being a wife and mother to her new family. Recently, reports surfaced that she has given birth to her child with Ryan, named Max.
Today, the former Bachelorette speaks up about how it is dealing with motherhood, and the extra pounds one needs to lose after giving birth. She openly talked to Us Magazine about her frustration with her extra weight and her efforts to shed them off.
"My friend said that when I came home from the hospital, I'd be back in my old jeans. Fifteen pounds did fall off immediately, but the fact that it's been three months and I'm still not in them is a bummer," Trista said about how her weight loss initially started off easily and then slowed down. "All new moms want to feel normal and sexy again. I'm really focused on getting back to where I was before I got pregnant. I want to look even better!"
It's much of a challenge for new mothers to get back into shape after giving birth, given the fact that there's so much to be busy about. It's also a challenge to regain romance, as Trista believes that her weight contributes to the interference.
"When you don't feel good about yourself, you don't feel like you want to be intimate. I want to feel, and look, sexy again for him," she explained. "Even though he is being nice and saying he's still attracted to me, I want to feel like he's telling me the truth and not just saying it because he's a good husband."
Trista added that crash diets won't work for her as she would only do a rebound, and that they are unrealistic for most women. She added that dieting won't do any good for breastfeeding mothers. For her exercise, she combines yoga, Pilates and power-lifting exercises. However, she has not been able to move on to higher impact exercises as she had a C-section, thus compromising the focus on her core.
Despite her determination to lose weight, Trista knows best to put her new son in the top of her priorities.
"I don't want to get too focused on losing weight. My No. 1 priority is Max, and I need to give him the calories he needs to grow," the reality TV star said.
