Another strategy is to create " Tell it to a friend ". This simple script can be installed in less than an hour and this facility allows visitors to your site to recommend your site to their friends. Their friends will definitely
visit your site as human beings tend to believe their friends.

Another trick is to hold a contest and advertise that your site is holding a contest. This will bring tremendous traffic on your site as people tend to be drawn to intellectual contests which tests their skill. This is an opportunity for people to pass away their time, test their IQ and MQ & also get some gifts.
Distributing ball-pens with the name of your dotcom imprinted on them helps in spreading the word. You can offer it as a gift to your customers or to people who come to enquire in your shop.
Distributing T-shirts with the name of your dotcom printed on them is another marketing trick. You can kill two birds with one stone. You have given freebies to your potential customers and you have spread the word
about your dotcom!

The Search showed 1600. I went to each of the links and submitted my article.
Most of the intellectual websites have a Submit Article Webpage wherein they say "Share your Expertise and Profile your business". You will not be paid monetarily but you will get Free Advertising in return as the bio shows who you are. So this is the practical way to do it. Go the Search Engines, type Subject Subject
Article and submit your article to the links that appear as Searches.
Group Lists
Group Lists are considered as a goldmine of marketing. There are so many groups listed on http://www.topica.com/ and http://www.yahoogroups.com/.
What you do is to go to these sites and type in the name of your subject. I typed Yoga in http://www.yahoogroups.com/ and got 458 lists. I subscribed to all. I post my messages to them once a week. I got 40 lists on Astrology from http://www.yahoogroups.com/. I subscribed to them. I post regularly and the people on the list see my posts. My posts contain my url address & my email address. People on the list see the post and visit my site or contact me via email. On the first day I received an order for 40 ebooks. Next day also. Many subscribed to my Ezine, the Z Files. Traffic increased considerably because of this method. Hope you will do the same.
On the Net, success depends on Marketing. Benjamin Franklin talked about improving our 13 skills which will lead to millions, the greatest of which is adcopywriting. Marketing skill is another. Promote, promote

In my previous preforeclosure marketing article I showed you how to use classified ads and signage to attract preforeclosure leads. Now, I'll wrap this up with the remaining four methods for marketing to preforeclosures.
3. Direct Mail happens to be one of my favorite strategies. However, before you decide to conduct a direct mail campaign, youve got to know that your preforeclosure list is up to date. As youre probably already aware, you can buy lists of preforeclosures or you can create your own from the courthouse records. The quality of the list is crucial and more important than the letter you send out. So make sure youre receiving these preforeclosure leads from a reputable source. And be sure theyre not selling these lists after theyve cherry-picked all of the deals.
4. Calling the Owners in Preforeclosure: You can make outbound calls to sellers in preforeclosure and it will save you loads of time. You can search for those numbers listed at 411.com or some other free number search. A lot of times you will find that those in preforeclosure have changed their numbers to an unlisted number because of collection calls. If you desperately, need to find the seller, then you could hire a skip tracer. However, youve got to be sure the lead is worth investing the $15-$25 on a skip tracer just to be able to talk to the seller.
5. Door Knocking: This technique is what separates the men from the boys. Sometimes, youve just to get off your butt and chase the deal. If you know theres a chunk of equity, youve got to be willing to do what others are scared of and go to the door. If youre nervous, practice knocking on a few doors that the deals have little to no equity. This will help get rid of the nervous jitters. Although this method can be a little un-nerving, most people arent that mean. As a matter of fact, most are a little shocked when you appear at their door. Even if that person behind the door is a pompous ass, so what? Even though this method is effective, its the most expensive, because its so time consuming. Personally, I'd prefer the seller to contact me instead of chasing the deals. Before you head out the door, be sure to have a good program to map out your locations with directions, something Microsoft Streets and Trips or a GPS.
6. Get your own websites. This is by far my favorite technique because it's automated. Once you set the system up, it will work for you over and over again without lifting a finger. Simply set up a basic website offering a free report or a free consultation. They'll fill out a form with their property information that will be sent to your email. You can view their information to see if the deal is something worth pursuing without picking up the phone.
Youve got to be willing to attack the deal from every angle possible. Use classifieds and signage to get the early preforeclosure deals into your funnel. Then focus your efforts to directly marketing to those in preforeclosure. Its all about systemization and your ability to execute your marketing.
