Detroit is known as the father city of motor vehicles. This is due to the fact that Detroit has always been the source for the majority of motor vehicle creation and distribution. Sightseeing

Of all the sights to see in Detroit's Greek Town suburb, there is none that will take your breath quite so much as that of the Second Baptist Church of Detroit. It is one of the oldest buildings still standing in the city, having been constructed in the early 1800's by freed slaves. This was the site of the first African American church gathering in the state of Michigan, making it a historical and highly celebrated landmark today. The architecture here is, to say the least, on a very grand scale. Today, the church still holds services.
