Now we have rumors of rates going down into 2's! Two percent interest! I probably will get censored for using so many !!!?s but you don't see 2, or 4 range. Four percent is very desirable and should attract home buyers as well as refinance business. Expectations are that we will see 4.5 and you plan on staying, it is time to ask questions about whether you will benefit by a refinance.
