Check out the mortgage lead company's web site and speak with someone in their customer service or sales department. Find out how they obtain their mortgage leads and what the quality of their mortgage leads is.

If the mortgage lead company is not obtaining their mortgage leads from web sites that they own and operate, than most likely they are recycling old mortgage leads and will be selling you old junk.

Remember, if you are not happy with the information you gather on their web site or through their customer service or sales department, than chances are you will not be happy with their mortgage leads either.
