The session was done over the phone and lasted approximately 1 hour.



I had sent an email prior to the phone session suggesting areas that I wanted to work on. Keep in mind you can work on anything in your life. Not only the physical ailments, but emotional, mental, spiritual as well as finances, obstacles, relationships,etc. Anything is open game!

So I focused on one physical issue which plagues many females - hormonal balance! Did not want to miss this opportunity at my age!

Also with the economic downturn, I wanted to bring my finances and new business to light. Always a good idea to shine the light in this direction. See, I am a bright gal! ( pun intended! )

I had a rather lengthy 'to do list' as I was not sure how many 'areas of interests' to submit! It felt kind of like a pre-op appt at the doctors office!

We worked on approx 3 'areas of interest' during this appointment. After discussing each area, there were periods of silence and then more discussion. Then we talked about whatever came up for both of us.

I experienced energy flowing through my body during the session and a sense of peace. Nothing dramatic, more subtle and peaceful. A meditative feeling.

After one hour of this, I decided to lay down on the couch and integrate all the shifts taking place. I utilized frequency number 8 which is the integration frequency learned at the Matrix Energetics seminar. So I put the pedal to the metal with Freq # 8. Whoa, the energy was really moving in me and this lasted all night.

I was planning to go out that night and decided against it as I was unable to stay focused. I laughed to myself when I thought I could be pulled over by a police officer and what would I tell him/her?! No officer, I am not drunk, just cannot focus right now!! You see I had a matrix energetics appt and ......

I believe shifts were happening within me and integrating all night. I struggle to describe how this is happening, I just know there were shifts. I will be looking for changes/shifts in my life especially in the areas worked on.

The most difficult part about reviewing a matrix energetics session is that it is experiential and words cannot accurately describe it.

At the very least, I can look and talk about shifts coming in the days ahead.

So, let the matrix games begin!
