Unfortunately, people who do not feel motivated usually think that there's nothing they can do about it. It's like they give up immediately. Not true. Being highly self motivated can be developed. It is just like any other skill or ability. The five tips below can help you be motivated whenever you want.

1. Use Movement & Pump Yourself Up It's tough to feel motivated when you sitting idly in a corner. Instead stand up, move around and pump yourself up. Show more excitement and motivation in your movements and you'll become more motivated. Studies have shown that physical movements affect our mental state. Whenever you don't feel motivated, get moving, make a fist and pump yourself up.

2. Have Variety In Your Environment The environment you are in can have a big influence on your motivation levels. First of all, make it as conducive as possible. The less distractions around, the better it is. Let's face it, it's harder to be motivated to take action while you are lying on your bed.

Secondly, make it a point to add variety to your environment if possible. Once in a while change the location - use another room in the house, head to the library, a quite cafe, go to the park etc. When things are fresh you keep the interest up, and thus the motivation levels as well.

3. Use motivating music Using the right kinds of music can give us great motivation. Music has the ability to bring out various states and moods within us. A great tip to gain motivation is to listen to music that is uplifting and motivational. Create a CD or playlist filled with motivational music, and keep it close by at all times. Whenever you don't feel motivated, just play those music and let it transform you. While listening to the motivational qualities of the music, visualize yourself being motivated too.

4. Just start doing something to gain momentum In anything that you do, the start is always the most difficult. The first step is always the hardest. So what you need to do is to get that out of the way first. Once you get going, there will be momentum and it will be downhill from there on. Make it easy for you to start doing something by arranging to do the easiest or most interesting tasks first.

5. Get Curious It's only natural that we feel more motivated to do things that we are interested in. If you dislike flowers and plants, it would be tough to get you motivated about gardening. To counter this, try adopting a curious attitude towards the very thing that you are not interested in. Human beings are naturally curious. If you get curious enough, you can turn anything interesting.

Being motivated all the time is a product of habitual practice. The more you do it, the more it becomes a natural habit. Make it a point to use these self motivation techniques everyday and see yourself develop into a naturally motivated person!
Natural Ways To Increase Fertility
There are various symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, more commonly known as PMS, but the most common behavioral and emotional symptoms are anxiety, depression, food cravings or appetite changes, insomnia, tension, irritability and mood swings. Some of the physical signs, on the other hand, include breast tenderness, headache, diarrhea or constipation, fatigue, acne flare-ups, bloating and weight gain due to water retention.

Hormonal fluctuation due to cyclical changes is one of the main factors that contribute to this condition. In fact, many no longer feel PMS symptoms after menopause or pregnancy. Another major factor that is responsible for this condition is the rise and fall of serotonin, a chemical in the brain that is linked to mood changes. Experts believe that insufficient supply of this brain chemical can lead to premenstrual fatigue, depression, insomnia and food cravings.

According to experts, women who are in their late 20s to early 40s are the ones more prone to experiencing PMS. If you are one of the women who are plagued by the annoying symptoms of premenstrual syndrome for almost every month, do not fret. There are natural ways that can help ease the symptoms or even help banish them altogether. However, if you are one of the few who experience severe symptoms, particularly pain and depression, then you need to go to the doctor immediately to rule out other diseases.

Change Your Diet

In order to reduce bloating, it is best that you reduce your intake of salt and foods that are high in sodium. It is also best to pick foods that are rich in complex carbohydrates, such as whole grains, vegetables and fruits. Adding calcium into your diet is also a must. If you are lactose intolerant, you may get your calcium needs from other sources, such as spinach and broccoli or by taking calcium pills. Alcohol and caffeine-laden beverages should be minimized, if not avoided. Lastly, do not forget to take your daily vitamin supplements because some PMS symptoms are linked to deficiency in certain vitamins and minerals.

Exercise Is A Must

For the prevention of premenstrual syndrome and even for the improvement of your overall health, you need to incorporate exercise or other physical activities to your daily routine. Engaging in sports or even walking, swimming, jogging and doing any aerobic exercise for 30 minutes everyday can really lessen the severity of your symptoms and dramatically improve your cardiovascular health.

Manage Your Stress Well

Since PMS is riddled with behavioral and emotional symptoms, stress can trigger many of the signs of PMS. Depression, fatigue, anxiety and mood swings can easily be avoided by simply giving yourself time to unwind and relax. By making sure that you have ample snooze time can drastically reduce tension headaches, depression and other emotionally related PMS indications. Rest, recreation, and engaging in meditation techniques or activities are also good ways to ease stress.
