The company failed to research and assess the risks and side effects properly and sold the product in the market. Over 1.5 to 2 million women in the world use Nuvaring and many of them have suffered serious problems and side effects like DVT (Deep venous thrombosis), strokes and heart attacks due to pulmonary embolism.
