You are a working girl with a career and you stay late at the office. 1. Keep him informed

Tell him about your activities at the office, about your daily work, about your male co-workers activities and assure him that the relationship with them is strictly professional. Be open and do not hide anything from him.

2. Take him with you

If you go for lunch with the office mates take him with you, so he will see everything is Ok. If he, because of whatever reason, cannot join you, pass over it, but tell him when this happens. It is obvious that when he calls you and you answer laughing that you have lunch with office mates and you feel great, this will lead to a fight.

3. Be with your partner at social events

When you have company social events, you can usually come with you partner, so do not hesitate and be proud of him. If he senses this, he will not worry anymore. Introduce him to all co-workers and praise him like ''My boyfriend does this and that better than anybody''. Show everybody how proud you are of him and he will feel reassured.
