A).The easy answer is NO. The electrisave sensors should easily and conveniently clip directly on to the outside of your existing meter wiring with no interruption to your electricity supply. Q).Will Electrisave calculate my electricity bill?

A).NO. Electrisave is not an accumulation revenue meter and cannot check your energy bill. However, iIt may be used to monitor individual circuits of metered premises to estimate their share of power use.

Q).How long will batteries last in Electrisave?

A).Good quality AA size alkaline batteries should give an operating life of 12 months if the electrisave is not set to MAX. This relates to how often the transmitter sends a signal to the receiver, if set to MAX the transmitter will send a signal every 12 seconds. Constantly running the electrisave on MAX will result in batteries lasting 4 months. Once you are familar with the running costs of your appliances it is recommended to alter your electrisave to receive a signal every 60 seconds.
