Every time you conjure horrible images in your mind, get rid of them. ?Weakling? loves it when you suffer from those terrifying pictures in your head because it feels more in control of you. Are you going to allow that weakling to dominate you? Not a chance! So you have to get "mad" enough to stomp those images out of your mind to defeat that puny little ?Weakling?. Imagine ?Weakling? raising its hands in surrender because it can't do anything against you.
Once those images vanish, ?Weakling? goes with them. Slowly but assuredly, you're conquering your panic attacks. When you have successfully taken control over your panic attacks, congratulate yourself, celebrate your success, and enjoy your life!
2)Pep up your self-talk.
Command your brain and subconscious that you are ready and able to face any panic attack or anxiety that may come. Tell panic to ?Bring it on!?
