Your body will be cleaned out naturally by the extra fiber. The fiber acts like a broom cleansing your colon. And get enough water, you need to flush your kidneys so they are able to filter your blood as efficiently as possible.

4. Step-up your protein consumption. If you have more protein in relation to carbs it will cause you losing weight quicker. You will feel full earlier while eating too, what reduces your calorie consumption.
