Although the changes might be needed they might not increase the resale value of the home in a few years. Some of the remodeling might be minor installations such as installing ceiling fans throughout the home, or changing the interior doorknobs to match throughout the home. With good planning, the home should be very pleasurable after remodeling is finished on time.
