So what is the point of all this? The point is that time is a definite in life - there will never be more than 60 minutes in any given hour, never be more than 24 hours in a day. Therefore wishing that we had "more" time is fruitless ... there will never be "more" time .. there will just be the time that already is.
"If you want time make time. You will never find time."
If you have no time to exercise - make time.
If you have no time with your family - make time.
If you have no time to rest - make time.
Firstly, assess what is critical and what is not. We have a habit of treating everything in life as equally important when if truth were known half of it could wait another day or even a week!
Secondly, block out time in your diary for the things that you need to make time for. Lock them in as if they are a business meeting and treat them with the same amount of respect ... essentially you have a meeting with yourself!
Do you struggle to have quality time with your spouse? Create a ?sacred night? to ensure quality time together even when you are at your busiest. Mutually agree on one night a week that is 100% for you as a couple to share. Don't work late that night, don't make plans with friends (unless you both agree to), and don't do chores. It may sound regimented to have to schedule time for a relationship but it is very effective. When life is at it's most hectic that is exactly when you need to make time for those you love.
Time may be a definite in life but how much time you get in your life is not. Make time for the things that are important to you and don't waste time on all the stuff that is not.

Powerpoint Presentation On Time Management
There is virtue in planning early. There is less stress when one plans ahead. When plan A fails, one can switch easily to plan B without worrying about time lost. Imagine the impact of a lost deal because one did not submit a proposal on time. Or a lost client who wanted to get things done fast, but you found unable to do. Planning early and being on time has its rewards.
How does planning early help your promotions? Let us count the ways.
1) You have more time to check the supplier of your promotional items. Sometimes, we make rash decisions because we do not have enough time, and this results in promotions ending up unsuccessful. By planning early, you have more time to do a background check on your supplier. Compare the good and the bad reviews. Does the supplier deliver orders on time? Promotional items from your chosen supplier should be of good quality, and your purchases should come with a satisfaction guarantee.
2) You have more time to choose the right item for your promotion and industry. If you plan months ahead, you can order samples, compare their quality, and sleep on your decisions. If you fear that you may not have enough time, choose items with faster turnaround time. This will make sure your order gets to you on time. Promotional items with faster turnaround time can be shipped out easily to you, and you need not wait long for it. This is a good option especially when you are planning a promotion within a limited time.
3) You have more time to troubleshoot if anything goes wrong. If this supplier doesn't make good on his promises to deliver on time and on a par with the quality of promotional items you desire, you still have enough time to find a replacement.
4) You can breathe easily before the event. Having your orders delivered on time, getting promotional items that meet your standards, and having all other details ironed out, you will be able to enjoy your event and not worry about things going wrong.
