Stop using acne-causing cosmetics



Cosmetics are made with many ingredients. Some of them are synthetic chemicals and others are natural products. Some of these products may be comedogenic. A comedogenic product causes comedones when applied on the skin. When any cosmetic that contains s a comedogenic ingredient is used it causes acne cosmetica. Stop use of all such products that are comedogenic. Buy products labeled as non comedogenic.

Remove dead skin cells daily-

Dead skin cells cause a block in the pores and may cause acne. How do we remove the dead cells daily? Use of a substance that peels the skin layers from the top is best suited for this. Use of materials that dissolve the binding cement of dead cells is also needed. Peel off the top layer of dead cells. Dissolve the bond between dead cells and make them lose so that they can be easily washed away. Use of retinoids such as tretinoin and use of AHA such as glycolic acid regularly will do this easily. Please consult your doctor about this and ask for the right product. Once you keep the pores open, you will be effectively stopping acne production.

Control Sebum-

Acne is caused because of sebum. If sebum were not there, acne would not be there. Can i block sebum like we do with sweat? How to I block sebum? Let us answer. Till now nothing has been found to block the sebum production. With aging it reduces, but in young age, you cannot block it with any method. You can remove the excess sebum from your skin with oil absorbent cosmetics and skin care products. Use sebum-removing products and keep sebum under control.
