But do you really think that all that money being collected by the city, and the insurance companies is being done out a real concern for safety? Do you really think that THEY think you doing 53 in 45 were a life and death danger to the community? I've seen people stand there with their Polaroid pictures of the locations, their drawings of the scene, the passengers they had in their car as witnesses. NONE of this will work! Why? Because those arguments are being made by regular people. They do not know how to put things in legal language, and support their arguments with legal foundation.

Auto insurers stand to make a lot of money if you get a ticket, and the guy next to you gets a ticket, and so on and so on…So they help it happen! This is TOTAL corruption done under the guise of “safety”.
