1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the crumbs and sugar; add the butter and blend well. Evenly press crust into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.

Using the unbaked crust: Refrigerate crust for 30 minutes before adding the filling.

Using the baked crust: Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees until crust is lightly brown. Cool on wire rack before filling.

1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, flour and coconut. Stir in the oil and
water. Press the dough into a 9-inch pie pan.

Bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

In a saucepan, combine butter, coconut, flour and brown sugar. Cook on medium
heat; stirring constantly until mixture turns a rich golden brown color. NOTE: mixture will burn quickly after turning brown, so keep a sharp eye on it.

Pour into pie plate and press out to cover the edges evenly with a fork. Allow
crust to cool before filling.
