Have things to do to fill-in the time you used to spend smoking. How many cigarettes did you smoke per day? How many minutes per cigarette? It adds-up, doesn't it?

Your level of confidence is something to boost with hypnosis. And, not just your general sense of confidence. What can likely use some confidence building is the belief that you CAN quit smoking this time. That this time is different than previous times. (One of the ways you learn beliefs is repetition.
