Nashville, "Music City USA", the Country Music Capital of the World, is a place we've all heard of, where music history has been made, and made again, many times over. Nashville is home to the Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the CMA Music Festival. Yet there is more to Nashville than just great music. As Tennessee's second largest city, and the most visited city in the state, Nashville is a major center for both the transportation and health care industries, in addition to being a major destination for recording and music production. What's more, in 2009, Nashville will become the site of one of America's great skyscrapers, the 1,052 foot Signature Tower.
Signature Tower has been stirring up a lot of excitement in Nashville in recent months. In addition to being the tallest building in America outside of New York and Chicago, Signature Tower is the biggest thing to hit the Nashville real estate scene in recent memory, and it's turning a lot of people on to the downtown Nashville condo market.
With its picturesque riverfront, and famous streets, downtown Nashville is the perfect place for loft and condo living. Wonderful Nashville heritage buildings, like the Werthan Mills factory (ca. 1890's), and the old law offices on Church Street have been transformed into luxurious loft residences. These Nashville lofts feature beautifully restored hardwood floors, original brick and stonework, and 10 - 18 foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. These lofts and condos, however, are as popular as they are beautiful.
The Nashville condo market is so hot that many of these developments are sold out even before they are built. The Encore Sobro, the first high-rise condo building in Sobro, held its groundbreaking ceremony in mid July of 2006; a year later almost all 333 units have been sold - sold out 6 months before completion! The same is true of the Icon, Nashville's largest condo project (well, until Signature Tower came along), which broke ground in February of 2006 and has now sold almost all of its 424 residential units.
Despite the popularity of Nashville's downtown real estate, there are still many fine lofts and condos available in popular downtown neighborhoods like The Gulch and Sobro (which, incidentally is short for South of Broadway). Nashville's downtown offers everything from the bohemian loft lifestyle, to luxury riverfront condos. Those looking for the height of luxury need look no further than Nashville's newest landmark, the spectacular Signature Tower.

Basketball is a high speed, nonstop sport that puts strain on all the body's joints. The sport makes injuries called anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries common. These types of injuries result from the bad landings on jumps and twisting moves. An ACL injury means that the knee has been damaged and will most likely require surgery.
Girls are much more likely to incur this type of injury than boys due to muscular-skeletal differences. The ACL injury risk is increased when there has not been proper fitness training.
