Add some pre-wash treatments. Maybe try a new brand or let it soak into the fabric longer. Then wash again. You may have to continue this process a few times before the entire stain comes out.

Remember that if you treat the fabric shortly after the stain happens, you have a greater likelihood of successful stain removal. If you are a way from home and can’t change right away, try to find a restroom and use hot water and soap to try and remove as much of it as you can. If there is a lot of grease, blot the excess off before you wash it. If you follow these steps, your stubborn grease stains should disappear.
