installation of OpenTracker is about as easy as could be imagined. You simply copy a small piece of code to each page of your website. If you built your site with a common header for footer then you only need to add the code once.
So what do you get to see? You can see how many visitors are on your site and any one time. What page they are on and the path they took to get there. You can see the search terms they used to gat to your site and the page they travel to when they leave your site. Most of these function can be had through other analytics tools, notably those by google, but the real time nature of this data is very useful.
There have been some hiccups in my testing.Some time the information is delayed, but I have not seen any data lost. The impact of this is minimal but can be annoying when you want to see how a change is performing Right Now!
Overall I highly recommend this service and as a matter of fact I renewed my subscription.
