Right Of Way Land

    View:
When you are building your bathroom you would definitely want to make the walls look beautiful The first thing you will consider are the walls. The most common option are the ceramic tiles which are durable moisture resistant and easy to clean You will find both expensive and inexpensive variety. These bathroom tiles are either made of clay , shale or porcelain and then put in fire on high temperatures to harden them. Ceramic tiles come in a variety of shapes and sizes, textures and patterns. They come as squares, rectangles, hexagons octagons. Also there are accent tiles which are narrow and diamond shaped pieces.

For a slip resistant surface, like the floor you can get unglazed variety of bathroom tiles. They have a rugged surface with a matte finish ideal for use in wet areas. They have to be cleaned regularly since they absorb dirt and oil very easily. The best variety in these type of tiles are the quarry tiles, terra cotta tiles and porcelain tiles. If you want to give your bathroom a dramatic look you can use cream colored tiles with a grout over it in blue. A sealer is applied in the line areas for use as counter tops. This will protect the grout form wear and tear and also protect its color.

If you want a totally stain proof surface for the bathroom then go for glazed ceramic tiles. A glass layer is applied over these tiles before they are made to undergo high heat in the kiln. The glass gets liquified and fuses with the tiles. One can get a wide range of colors, textures and designs in glazed tiles. Sometime back glazed tiles were only used for light residential or medium commercial buildings, but nowadays due to technological advances, harder glazed tiles are produced and can be used for heavy commercial applications.

One can even have a dramatic effect by adding splashes of color or floor accents with custom pieces. A large rectangular piece can be placed in the center which looks very decorative. This goes well with Mexican, Victorian or Moorish designs.

To make all your bathroom tiles look coordinated make use of bathroom accessories. Use good color combinations in soap trays, tooth brush holders and towel bars that blend well with your bathroom ceramic tiles. Using glazed tiles has an advantage that they can withstand household cleaners specially if they are being used as counter tops. can go a long way in revitalizing your bathroom, and when you're on a strict budget, this may be a good way to change the look of your bathroom without breaking the bank.
Right Of Way Land
The first priority, before you bring your Puggle home with you, should be to puppy-proof your home. This includes removing anything from the floor that might look like food or a dog toy, but could be dangerous.

Children's toys can be particularly hazardous to puppies because they love to chew on things, and small parts or small toys can choke them. Some toys may also have chemicals in them that could be toxic to a Puggle. Shiny batteries are a particular danger to these inquisitive dogs.

Also make sure all household cleaners and substances are put away, and spills are cleaned up. Anything spilled on the floor looks like a tasty beverage to a dog, who could get very sick as a result.

And of course anything a Puggle could get tangled in, from an electrical cord to a curtain pull-cord, should be placed so your new baby can't get into it.

Once you have baby-proofed your home, it's time to think about bringing your puppy home, and what will make her comfortable.

You will want to have food and water bowls available for your pet, and make sure there is always fresh water available, and that food is in the bowls at predictable feeding times. Puggles, like all dogs, love routine, and they particularly need fresh drinking water available constantly.

If your Puggle uses the bathroom inside on newspapers, make sure the papers are changed regularly, as this can create a health risk to both pets and humans in the family. Your dog also may refuse to go on soiled papers.

Because Puggles have short hair, they don't need to be groomed in the sense of being trimmed on a regular basis, like a poodle. But they do need to be bathed on a regular basis to maintain their skin and coat. Use a hypoallergenic pet shampoo, and try to make bath time as brief and enjoyable as possible. Many don't enjoy bath time, but if you make it as pleasant as possible, they'll get used to it.

After your dog is dry and has recovered from the indignity of the bath, use a brush with coated bristles to comb through her coat and remove all the loose hair. She will definitely enjoy being brushed, and the longer you brush, the less likely she is to shed later.

The most fun and enjoyable part of caring for your new pet is, simply, playing. Puggles love to play and interact with their people. They are very spirited and energetic, and are a naturally playful breed. As you make training a part of play time, you will find that you have a pet who is loving and fun to play with and whom you enjoy having in your family.

The most important thing to remember about caring for your Puggle is that she needs the same things you do: a safe environment, fresh food and water, and lots of loving attention.
