Rozerem should be taken 30 minutes before bedtime and in most people is very well tolerated.

Most common side effects associated with this insomnia medication were reported to be dizziness, fatigue, and somnolence.

A couple of important things to remember with the use of this drug are that it should not be used if you have a serious liver condition because it is metabolized by the liver.

It should also be used carefully in patients suffering with depression because of the possibility of worsening symptoms. Rozerem should also not be used if you are taking Fluvoxamine due to adverse reactions.
