Regardless of the type of exercise you are doing you should always maintain your breathing pattern by taking air in through your nose and out through you mouth. Other things that a San Diego fitness coach will teach is the importance of resting between sets of exercises; this gives your muscles time to rest and power back up. And lastly, always be sure to stretch before and after your workout; this will keep your body from being sore later on or even the next day in addition to safeguarding you from exercise related injuries.
