You can call it PC Satellite TV, Satellite for PC, Satellite TV on PC or any one of the 100s of generic and brand names, but the novice can become quite confused if a term doesn't name a specific product. Since the first term receives the most searches on Google and includes the term Satellite TV, you will see more of it in this article as it will represent all of these products.



The other two terms came in a distant second and third respectively. However there comes another term called 'Proprietary Software' which defines all of them better, whether or not Satellite TV makes up part of the term.
