Secret Of Making Money

    View:
But in order for this dream to be a reality, one thing is needed: money.

Now, money won't just walk into your life while you sit down your couch watching television. Money needs to be earned, it needs to be reaped. Yes, this means that you need to get off your ass once in a while, and maybe work a little. But acquiring money is not necessarily a hard thing.

The trick in making money easily is that you should know the trick in making money. It may sound confusing, but it's pretty simple and rational when you think about it.

We need to be smart, and I'm not talking about bookish, nerdy type of smart. We should be smart enough to know how to make use of the resources around us.

See what I'm getting at? No?

Here's the thing, we aren't innovators. We aren't inventors. A lot of things were already invented and discovered by the other billions of people in the world, trying to find a unique thing to utilize in order to make money is near impossible.

So what do we do then? Simple: we make use of what is presently available. We take the things we can use around us for our gain.

That is the one secret of making money easily.

It sounds terrible and evil, but it's not really a problem if the owner of the resource that you are using also gains from your plan. You get money, he gets money, we're all happy.

Hey, if it's already there in front of you, waiting to be used, sitting idly by, then why not? If you can find a way to better utilize that, then by all means. Everyone needs money, and I'm sure the owner of the resource will be more than happy to give you what he has for an exchange.

Another word for this secret is ?leveraging.?

In the movie, Pirates of the Caribbean, Captain Jack Sparrow called Will Turner ?leverage.? This is a perfect example of what I'm trying to say. See, Jack Sparrow needed to get the Black Peal back from Barbossa, but he doesn't have the means to do that. Incidentally, Will Turner's love interest got kidnapped by Barbossa, so Will needs to get her back. It just so happens that Barbossa needs Will Turner to save him from the curse and Jack Sparrow knew this.

So what does Jack Sparrow do? He gets Will Turner to go with him to Barbossa's hideout to save Will's love interest. Because of that move, Jack now has something Barbossa wants, making it possible for him to strike a deal in order to get his ship back.

At the end of the day, Will rescues his love interest and Jack gets the Black Pearl.

See? Leverage.

Be smart and make use of the resources around you. Stop trying to be innovative when you can be practical. Look around you and observe. Try to figure out the best resource to take.

Even though this is the secret of making money easily, it doesn't necessarily mean that you will make money just as fast as you spend it. But this will surely give you more money to spend in the future.

Big companies use leveraging in order to get bigger and bigger.

A solid example of the success of leveraging is franchising. Franchising a business you own, selling rights and whatnot will make your income increase exponentially.

Companies such as Toyota, Nokia and Intel make use of their staff and workers as leverage.

The internet may be also used as leverage, because with it, you can reach out further and promote your product better.

Leveraging is needed, because without it, we might just as well waste more time sitting down on the couch watching television. At least that's more entertaining than trying in vain to come up with something brilliant.
Secret Of Making Money
When you have that atmosphere between two or more individuals, you can say you have ?rapport'. The dictionary defines this as a ?sympathetic relationship or understanding'.

One of the benefits of rapport is that it allows you to communicate much more quickly at an unconscious level. This happens because when people feel comfortable, there are less doubts and questions from the conscious mind.

To have rapport, you need to create a situation where your audience (whether it's one person or a large group) will see you as being like them in some way and so will find it easier to develop an atmosphere of trust.

It is easier for them to trust you if they feel you are like them in some way. This also means there is more chance they will like you. Clearly if they like you and trust you, they are more likely to do business with you.

Here are some ways in which you can create rapport quickly:

? Match their sensory modality: Take note of the words that someone is using which indicate their preferred sensory modality and use similar words and phrases in conversation with them.

? Match their physiology: Discreetly reflecting back someone's posture, hand gestures and movements in your own behavior will cause them say to themselves unconsciously that ?this person is like me'.

? Matching their voice: If the person is slow and deliberate, they will feel comfortable if you are the same way. You should also try, when you speak, to use the keywords that they use a lot ? such as "Alright", "Actually", "You know what I mean".

? Matching how they deal with information: Some people are detail oriented and some prefer it brief. If you don't match the other person's way of dealing with information, you will find it difficult to build rapport ? the detail-oriented person will be yearning for more information or the big-picture person will be yawning.

? Matching common experiences: Suppose you are a long way from home and meet a total stranger who turns out to be from your hometown. Before long, it's likely you will find yourself in a very lively conversation. You can make use of this in your communication by finding some commonality with your audience to increase the chance of achieving rapport.

However, this will only work if you are yourself and true to your nature. If you pretend to be something you are not, you are going to build mistrust. Whenever you are not getting the results you need with customers, it is likely that you need to increase your rapport.

How can you show your customers and prospects that you have something in common with them so that you can build better rapport?
