Secret Of Success Movie

    View:
Think of a person who would generally be considered successful, maybe a politician, motivational speaker, actor. What sets them apart? They step onto stage, or walk into a meeting, and everyone just knows. They are something special. This is the physiology of success! My mom was right all the time, I did need to sit up straight.

At NLP Training in New York we understand the relationship between physiology and success. Here is the secret: how we feel, our internal state in terms of neuro linguistic programming, impacts directly on our physiology. Feel good, walk tall. And the circuit works in reverse, walk tall, feel good.

Here's a quick nlp experiment to try. Stand up. Slouch your shoulders down. Hang your head down. Look at the floor. Give a big sigh. Say ?I feel fantastic?.

How does that feel? Fantastic? Or pretty bad?

Here's another experiment. Stand up. Pull your shoulders down and back. Push out your chest. Breathe deeply and powerfully from your diaphragm. Raise your head. Look up. Set your strong gaze on the middle distance. See a bright colorful movie of yourself achieving exactly what you want. See yourself as bigger and taller in that movie, bigger and taller than the people around you. You are unstoppable! Now, one more deep powerful breath, clench your fist, and shout: I FEEL AWFUL!

How did that feel? Awful? Or actually pretty good!?

The fact is that our physiology is intimately linked to our state. This is a basic principle of NLP and the physiology of success. We are human beings and sometimes we feel bad. We have a bad day. We would love to feel better but just can't see how. The physiology of success is the easy way.

Take a deep breath. Square your shoulders. Push out your chest. Raise your head. Straighten your spine. Take another deep breath. Now notice how you feel differently. Notice how your state has changed. Notice how you feel better, more resourceful, now. This is not a coincidence. This is the result of the physiology of success.

So now we know, don't we, how to feel good right now. Or to feel good any time we want. Feel good easily and quickly. Simply get into that physiology of a winner. And feel how good it feels. How else can we use this skill?

Take a look around at your friends and colleagues and clients. Who has that physiology of success? Who doesn't? Do you want to help them? Do you want to make the word a little better? Try this. You see a friend whose physiology indicates he or she is not feeling resourceful today, his shoulders are down, his head hangs, his breathing is shallow. Go and speak to him, match his posture. Speak a little slowly. Now slowly begin to straighten, begin to quicken your voice, and raise your tone to a more excited tone as you discuss the opportunities he has to enjoy the day. Notice if he begins to follow you into the physiology of success. If not match his posture and physiology and try again. Until he is in the physiology of success. Congratulations, you have made a difference.
Secret Of Success Movie
A strong beliefs system could bring you the most wantedsuccess. The success could be interpreted by us as a belief system which canhelp us to have massive achievements. There is a list of beliefs which mayimprove your results.

Everything happens with a reason

Every successful man will say that there is a purpose inlife for every event. Even if it is not a positive event, that event can offeryou the experience you need in perspective events. For example, a nationalfootball team which has never played in a World Football Championship, even if they will just participate and will have the poorest results ever seenin the final everybody will congratulate them for participating. Maybe at thenext event they will have enough experience to get better results. This isa general rule and you can ues it as  examples in your daily job. Apositive event will encourage you to continue in this way even if  it isyour  first success.

There is no failure in everything we do

As I said before it is all about learningexperiences. Instead I say to myself ?I failed doing this job?, I would rathersay ?I learned something new and next time I'll make a perfect job because ofpast learning experiences?. All you have to do is to alter your view about failureto something constructive which will bring you the success desired.

Assume responsibility

Most of unsuccessful people  make the bigmistake of  blaming somebody else for every thing thatgoes wrong. In a poor country everyone is blaming the statesmen and theyspend a lot of time watching TV shows with politic subjects. There are a lot ofpeople who blame their boss for their lack of success. It is easier to say thatthe bosses do not want to promote you or give you a bigger salary, but nobody is thinking if they really deserve that. I have never seensomebody  say: ?It is ok this year, I did not work as goodas I could have and probably that is why I didn't receive thesalary I expected.? Assuming responsibility is a demonstration of maturity ineverything we do. Even if you have a job and your doing that responsible or yougave your word to do something.

You don't need to be perfect in every domains

As you probably know there is no successful man whichhas a perfect knowledge in every domain they are working. Forexample if you have a networking business you will need resources fromdifferent domains but it is clear that you need some knowledge at differentlevels. You need to know as much  network knowledge as you can  butyou have to know how can you make a simple website and how to promote it. Alsoa convenient report between quality and price needs to be managed by you.Having a lot of knowledge form different domains and performing them in aspecific one will assure you the success and the best results.

Your biggest results are people

Even if you don't have a big plan to achieve the success, probably you will need people to help you. The results might appear after awhile but you have to satisfy the expectations of the people you are workingwith in order to have your own expectation and results from them. This is alittle strange for you to met someone else expectation before having positiveresults. If the people you are working as employees or collaborators are happyand satisfied with their job and salary they will work for you better and thatwill help you to achieve the success as soon as possible. At the end of themonth firstly you should pay your employees salary and after that your salary, because the next month they will work for you and maybe they will be satisfiedand your business will have an important increase.

Threat work as a play

This belief will help you to keep on the good way even ifsometimes you are bored with your work and you are thinking ofa change. Changing things will not benefit you every timebecause you need some time to accommodate again and maybe you will get boredagain. This won't give you the promotion you expect. It's better to beefficient in an area. Try to threat your work as  play and find somethingnew and interesting in everything you do at your job. Also remember that youhave make some commitments if you want the success. The most successful peopleare the most committed. So don't play with commitments as you are playing atyour jobs. That's not professional.

Respect some of these beliefs and you will have betterresults!
