The Old Testament Verses from 1-10 are talking about Joseph said unto his brethren: you are spies!
The New Testament Verses from 1-10 are talking about the chief Jewish priests wanted to take Jesus, and put Him to death.
The Noble Quran Verses from 1-5 are talking about 1) Allah inspired Muhammad as He inspired the Messengers before, 2) Allah is the oft-Forgiving, the most merciful, 3) the Angels Glorify with Praise of their LORD and ask forgiveness for the believers, and 4) there are created beings in the heavens.

The Noble Quran:
Chapter 42 in the Noble Quran is composed of 53 verses.
Verses from 1-10 are talking about 1) Allah inspired Muhammad as He inspired the Messengers before, 2) Allah is the oft-Forgiving, the most merciful, 3) the Angels Glorify with Praise of their LORD and ask forgiveness for the believers, and 4) there are created beings in the heavens.
---------------
Verses one and two are composed of five Arabic letters, they are: Ha- Mim- Ayn- Sin- Qaf.
Many interpretations have been proposed for these letters that could be summarized as follows:
It is also said that this is an expression of praise by which Allah is praising Himself.
The (Ha) stands for His clemency
The (Mim) stand for His sovereignty
The (Ayn) stands for His knowledge
The (Sin) stands for His majesty and
The (Qaf) stands for his power over His created beings;
It is also said that
The (Ha) stands for war that will ever be
The (Mim) stand for the transformation of sovereignty that will ever be
The (Ayn) stands for every promise that will ever be made,
The (Sin) stands for years e.g. the hard years of individuals and societies, and
The (Qaf) stands for his slander that will ever be made; and
It is also said that it is an oath sworn by Allah that He will not punish eternally in the Fire anyone who sincerely says: “there is no deity but Allah", and meets Allah believing in it.
However, Allah knows best what He means by these letters.
Verse three says that Allah revealed to Muhammad, in the same way of as He did with the other Messengers.
In other words, in the same manner of revelation, does He reveal to you and, did He reveal, to those who were before you,
Allah is the Mighty, in His kingdom, the Wise, in His actions
Allah is the Mighty in retribution against those who do not believe in Him, He is the Mighty in His sovereignty and dominion
Allah is the Wise) in His command and decree, He commands that none should be worshipped except Him; He inspired Muhammad as He inspired the messengers before him as Noah, Abraham, Moses etc.
Verse four says that; To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, as possession, creation and servants, and He is the Exalted, above His creatures, the most Tremendous, the most Great; and He is the Sublime most sublime than all that is.
This verse indicates that there are created beings in the heavens!
Verse five says that the heavens are well-nigh from above one another, in other words, 'well-nigh' is each one torn away from above the one below it because of the magnitude of Allah, Exalted be He, It is also said: almost might the heavens above be rent asunder) from the awe of the Beneficent; and it is also said from the claim that Allah has son!
And the angels glorify with praise of their Lord, in other words, they are continuously engaged in praise of Him, and ask forgiveness for those, believers, on earth.
Verily Allah is the oft-Forgiving, He forgives he who repents, and most Merciful towards he who is repentant.
N.B.: the Bible does not say that the angels ask forgiveness for the believers!
---------------
The Verses 1-5:
[1] Ha- Mim
[2] Ayn- Sin- Qaf
[3] As such Allah, the almighty, the wise inspired you (Prophet Muhammad) as (he inspired) those before you.
[4] To Him belongs whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth. He is the highest, the most great.
[5] The heavens are almost rent asunder from above them (by him glory): and the angels celebrate the praises of their lord, and pray for forgiveness for (all) beings on earth: behold! Verily Allah is he, the oft-Forgiving, and most Merciful.

The Noble Quran:
Chapter 42 in the Noble Quran is composed of 53 verses.
Verses from 6-10 are talking about 1) Allah is the Protector and He revives the dead for the Resurrection, 2) Had Allah willed He could make them having one Religion but…, 3) In Him I have put my trust, and to Him I turn penitently, 4) Muhammad is not responsible for them; His duty is only to deliver Allah's Message and 5) Mecca is the mother of cities.
---------------
Verse six says that those who have taken as protectors or guardians others besides Him, Allah is watchful over them, He keeps count of their deeds; Allah is Warden over them and He is Witness of them and of their works,
You are not responsible for them such that you are taken to task on their account; and you are not a guardian over them, in order to secure what is demanded of them: your duty is only to deliver the Message.
Verse seven says that Allah sent you Gabriel with the Quran in the Arabic usage that you can warn, threaten, the mother of cities (Mecca) and those around it of townships. And that you warn, mankind, of the Day of Gathering, the Day of Resurrection whereat all humans will be gathered, of which there is no doubt. A part, of them, will be in Paradise, these are the believers, and a part will be in the Blaze, the Fire and these are the disbelievers.
Verse eight says that Had Allah willed He could have made them one community; in other word, had Allah willed He would have gathered the Jews, Christians and the idolaters in one religion, the religion of Islam. But He admits whomever He will into His mercy. And the evildoers, the disbelievers and the unjust have neither guardian nor helper, to ward off the chastisement from them.
Verse nine says that: Or have they chosen protectors or guardians besides Him, or have they worshipped deities beside Allah? But Allah, He (alone) is the Protecting of all of them. He [alone] is the Guardian, the One who helps believers. He revives the dead for the Resurrection, and He is Able to do all things whether it is taking away life or giving it.
Verse ten says that: And whatever you may differ, with disbelievers, in, of religion or otherwise, the verdict therein belongs, it will return, to Allah.
On the Day of Resurrection; He will judge between you.
Say to them: That then is my God, my Lord; in Him I have put my trust, and to Him I turn penitently.
---------------
The Verses 6-10:
[6] As for those who take guardians for themselves, other than him, Allah is the warden over them. You are not a guardian over them.
[7] thus have we sent by inspiration to you an Arabic Quran, so that you can warn the mother of cities (Mecca) and all around and all who live about it, and that you may give warning of the day of gathering together wherein is no doubt; a party shall be in the paradise and (another) party in the burning fire, in the blaze.
[8] If Allah had so willed, he could have made them a single people; but he admits whom he will to his mercy; and the wrong-doers will have neither protector nor helper.
[9] What! Have they taken (for worship) protectors besides Him? But it is Allah, - He is the protector, and it is he who gives life to the dead: it is He, who has power over all things,
[10] Whatever you differ upon, its judgment belongs to Allah. Such is Allah, my lord, in him I have put my trust, and to him I turn in repentance.
