The Noble Quran:
Chapter 43 in the Noble Quran is composed of 89 verses.
Verses from 1-5 are talking about Allah Swears by the Quran which makes plain the lawful and unlawful, the commands and prohibitions, that the Quran is noble, glorious, decisive, exalted and it is above all the scriptures that came before it
---------------
Verse one interpreted as Allah says: He has already decreed that which will happen, i.e. He has shown it. However, Allah knows best what He means by these two letters, Ha Mim.
Verse two says that Allah swear by the Quran which makes plain the lawful and unlawful, the commands and prohibitions that which will happen has already been decreed; it is also said Allah swore by the (Ha) and (Mim) and also by the Quran which makes plain the commands and prohibitions, the lawful and unlawful, the book that manifests the path of guidance and what one needs of [the prescriptions of] the Law.
Verse three says that Allah Has appointed it and spoken it, i.e. the Quran in the Arabic usage, hence the oath, so that you may comprehend its meanings and know what is in the Quran of the lawful and unlawful, commands and prohibitions.
Verse four says that the Quran is indeed, fixed, in the Mother Book, the source of all the scriptures, namely, the Preserved Tablet, which Allah possess; and it is indeed exalted, above all the scriptures that came before it, wise, containing excellent wisdoms, noble and glorious, decisive in explaining the lawful and the unlawful.
In Verse five Allah asks this question: Shall We utterly ignore you, shall We remove from you, O people of Mecca, the revelation and the Messenger? Or shall We leave you uncared for, without commands or prohibitions because ye are a wanton folk, because you are profligate, idolatrous folk who do not believe in Allah, as is in His foreknowledge? The answer is: No!
---------------
The Verses 1-5:
[1] Ha Mim
[2] I swear by the book that makes things clear:
[3] We have made it an Arabic Quran, that you may be able to understand (and learn wisdom).
[4] And surely it is in the original of the book which we possess, truly elevated, full of wisdom, it is indeed sublime, decisive.
[5] Shall we then take away the message from you and repel you, for that you are a people transgressing beyond bounds and you are a sinful nation?

The Noble Quran:
Chapter 43 in the Noble Quran is composed of 89 verses.
Verses from 6-10 are talking about Allah Sent many Prophets before Muhammad to their nations. But the people mocked their Prophets; and Allah destroyed the disbelievers!
---------------
In Verse six, Allah asks this question: How many a Prophet did We send before you, O Muhammad, among the men of old, among bygone nations; We knew that they would not believe, but We nonetheless did not leave them without messengers and Scriptures!
Verse seven says that never did a prophet come to them but that they used to deride and mock him, in the same way that your people deride and mock you; this [statement] is intended to comfort the Prophet (s).
verse eight says that Allah destroyed those who were mightier than them — than your people O Muhammad — in prowess, strength, i.e. they were destroyed when they disbelieved in their messengers. And [already] there passed, there has been mentioned in previous verses, the example of the ancients, the description of how they were destroyed, and thus the sequel for your people will be the same.
verse nine says that and if you Muhammad ask them i.e. the disbelievers: Who created the heavens and the earth, they will surely answer: The Mighty in His dominion and sovereignty, the Knower of His providence and created beings, created them.
verse ten says that Allah says: yes, He created them Him Who made the earth a flat resting-place, like a child’s cradle, and placed for you therein ways, routes, roads that perhaps you may be guided, to your destinations during your travels;
---------------
The Verses 6-10:
[6] and how many a prophet have we sent among the ancients?
[7] and no prophet came to them except that they mocked him,
[8] then we destroyed those who were mightier in courage than they. and the example of the ancients has gone (before them).
[9] yet, if you (Muhammad) ask them who created the heavens and the earth, they will answer: 'the almighty the exalted in power, the knower, the full of knowledge created them. '
[10] yea, he who made the earth a resting-place for you, and has made for you roads (and channels) therein, in order that ye may find guidance (on the way);
