I was in hospital for over a month and when I got out and was recouperating my weight went totally out of control. I was unable to walk for exercise and was eating in between meals putting on over 20 kg within 12 weeks. It took around ten days following the program to start losing any weight but then over the next 11 days I lost over 8 lbs and to my surprise I was able to keep the weight off and with my health improving was introducing some loght exercise into my daily routine. Some friends have now also followed the program once I told them about it and they have had the same amazing results. At the end of 8 weeks on the program I had returned to my normal weight of 51 kgs, my confidence had returned totally and I was able to return to my job feeling like a new woman.
