A small community gradually arose to become the Truckee many know and love today. From gorgeous golf courses to lower property prices and numerous amenities, Truckee is an ideal place to settle down.

Incline Village lies on the north side of Lake Tahoe on the Nevada side of the border. Hiking, mountain biking, and climbing opportunities abound in this area, which is warmer and milder than its southern fellows. It boasts the same amenities and far less snow than other community areas.
