Matrix programs and mlm, stay away from. You will never reach the goal of bringing in thousands of people into your business. Thats the only way you'll make any money with these programs.



Within 3 sales, you should be breaking even or in the profit. This is the compensation program that will get you off to the best start.

If you have to hold home parties to sell a product or bring in affiliates, forget it. You won't have any friends left.

If a company is giving you a sales pitch 2-3 times a day, they are more interested in selling you. You won't make any money long term if you don't have any training.

Know who your doing business with. It's important to be able to talk with the owners. You should be able to sit in on training sessions and ask questions before deciding to join their program.

Stay away from companies that are selling products like lotions, potions, pills, miracle juices or anything like this. If I want these types of products I would go to GNC, CVS, Walgreens, Nordstroms, etc.

Beware of the pre-launch or it's brand new. Chances are these companies won't go anywhere and you'll be wasting your time and money.

When you first start out in business. You'll want to concentrate on marketing that one business. Stay away from those who pitch multiple streams of income opportunities.

Use your common sense and beware of the so called internet guru. They disguise themselves as an expert, but they really are jumping from program to program. Anytime a new opportunity comes on the market there in it and sucker all they can into it.

If a company doesn't teach the skills of internet marketing a few times a week and say they will promote your website for you, you'll fail. Don't rely on anyone but yourself to drive traffic to your website.
