This figure is increasing all the time but it is estimated now that in America alone there are about 50 million e-mail accounts owned and used regularly. To anyone with a product or service to sell, that opens up nearly 50 million prospective clients. This complete multiverse of potential customers is obviously difficult to resist for many people. And although there are many legitimateprduct and service providers on the internet, the ones who exploit it the most are spammers who send spam e-mails to everyone and there dog.
All of these e-mails that you get in your inbox, can be categorized as spam. It is not usually hard to spot a spam e-mail as it is nearly always addressed to several people and also nearly always has a pitch for a product, or it for information that is useless or has no relevance to you. Frequently, it will come to you several times. Lastly, you will notice there no un-subscribe option as you would have with any emails you have opted to receive. This is only a broad generalization of course. Some spammers have become clever and have found different ways of beating the system to get their spam emails across to you.
If you have have been on the internet for any length of time you will know that there are a large number of anti spam tools and software available and you won’t have to look too hard. Pretty much all anti spam software works in a similar way. It helps you control the emails that arrive in your inbox and it does this using filters and blockers to keep out known and recognized spammers. A good spam filter It enables you to specify custom filters, based on subject, domain name, or specific words in the text of the e-mail. Also, most Anti spam software also allows you to seperate friends from spammers, making sure that genuine mails get to you and do not get disregarded as spam.
One of the biggest problems with spam is that although it is incredibly annoying it can actually be harmful to your PC and your personal data. This is because spam tends to go hand in hand with real malicious programs like viruses and Trojans, because of this it is no real surprise that several virus protection companies have joined in the anti spam war.

Your two basic choices are wether to take a free or paid option. Alternatively, there are lot’s of free options available. Personally, spam filters are one of the few products where I am happy to use the free versions available. I'm serious - if you did nothing else, just those two exercises alone, and started a sound nutritional program you could get all the results you want.

How does that sound? You can make all the excuses you want, about how you don't have $3000 worth of equipment or you don't have a full room dedicated to working out. Or perhaps you can't wake up before 7AM and you don't want to use your 1 hour lunch break for a 10 minute workout.
That's all great and dandy - but in the end they're just excuses.
Use your own body to exercise, it's the best equipment you will ever have!
The only way this won't work is if your in the elite crowd and can easily do 1-arm pushups and 1-leg squats. As an exercise coach and weight loss expert here is what I recommend...
Next time you have 10 minutes try this:
1. Body weight squats (30 seconds)
2. Rest (10 seconds)
3. Pushups (30 seconds)
4. Rest (10 seconds)
5. Burpees / Up-Downs (30 seconds)
6. Rest (10 seconds)
Go through the whole circuit 5 times - 2 minutes each time through. Don't be fooled by the simplicity of this workout - try it out and see for yourself.
While there will surely be a bit of transition time or overdone resting periods - you will usually get it done with the 10-11 minute range.
Now don't tell me you can't wake up just 10 minutes earlier and go through this mini workout. You could even do this while you watch TV.
As you engage in a complete fitness plan and follow this workout as part of an overall exercise routine you'll get extraordinary results.
