Ingredients:

1 to 1.25 pounds of the lamb, 1/3 cup of the spicy tomato and cardamom Indian simmer sauce, 2 to 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, an onion that should be thinly sliced, 1 large red bell pepper (the pepper should be properly cored and seeded as well as thinly sliced).

Instructions for making the burger:
