1. If you already have an article which you may have downloaded from a PLR site it will need spinning to make it your own
For those that don't understand what spin means, you take the original article and change as many of the words as you can as possible, then add a few new sentences of your own to make it read like a new article.
Make sure that you create a Bio for yourself that includes links to your target site you want to promote.
2. Next you submit the article to an article submission site. here are three Article sites to submit your article too to get you going

I recommend you submit to them first and have it accepted before posting to any other sites. The reason for this is that the articles will be checked Manually to check for "Uniqueness" and if you have already submitted to other sites then they will refuse your article. Once it has been accepted then you can add to other article sites.

3. When your articles have been accepted you can go to those articles and Post a Link to your facebook site so that your articles are also linked to facebook. If you are not already a member of Face book then your should be ! go and sign up right now.
4. In your face book site you should then ask other friends to go to that article and rate it, and post a comment. in most article sites you will find these links either at the very top or the very bottom of the Article in Question.
4B. Ask them to be sensible with the ratings.
4C. Next ask them to go to the comments area of the actual articles in your comments. Once there they can post a comment in which I would recommend them to post their own Blog Url or their own websites url.
In the comments, most article sites will accept html urls like this Your website Title some will just ignore it but give it a try and you will soon discover which sites accept this type of comment and which will not.
This is a great way for your friends to get their websites ranking improved as well as improving the ranking of the target site to which your article is pointing. Its a win win situation.

At the top of the article you will see a link that says

if you click on the "View Summary" it will take you to the article I wrote.
If you click on the "Comments" link you will see a small section of the article and then at the bottom of the Page you will see a section where your friends can post a comment.
Ask them to Add their name, email, and their own website address "url" and then post a short comment, something like, hi, that was a good article, I liked what you are saying and the information was useful But please ask them to use their own words.
Now before you and they Leave the article go back to the article itself which was posted to Ezine articles from the link above
Right at the bottom of the page you will find a link that says
Current Rating: (1 votes, average: 5 out of 5)
click on this link and rate the article.
It usually takes a few days for the article site to post the comments.
ADVANCED USERS
for those of you who are advanced users you aint done Yet !!
Whilst at the article on EzineArticles you will see an rss icon at the top right hand side ...click on that and it will open up a drop down with links to "add to Google", "add to yahoo" etc,
If you click on the add "to Google" you will be able to auto post the article rss feed to your google pages (if you don't have a google Page you should have !) follow the link and set one up and post the rss feed. follow the same routine for the other links and it will auto post to your Blogs or your home pages of the sites mentioned"

b. your own sites,
c, your Blogs,
d, your Home pages
and all you did was post an article !!!
sounds complicated...but once you have it set up it will take minutes to do as most of it will be done automatically once you have it setup...
