Everybody wants to be successful. However, nobody is successful in every areas of life. If one is well-to-do financially, one always has problem on his relationships or his health. Since life is composed of many ingredients, we need to understand all areas of it. To know how to make each one of them work according to our standard is essential. In this article, we will see the major areas of life to focus on. These areas are the major elements that make life meaningful.



Four areas to be focused including:

1 Health and physical: We all want good health. What is good health? It means energy and vitality. How do we get those two? We get them from our daily practice on having the right food, regularly doing adequate meaningful exercise, having enough resting, having right breathing pattern and having habit of daily excretion. All of these elements are so fundamental, yet many fail to do it.

Good food includes less ingestion of carbohydrate, less sugar intake. More fresh vegetable in the food will increase fiber intake which reduces the chance of colon cancer and reduces cholesterol in the blood. Avoiding dairy products including fatty fast food will reduce the chance of being overweight. Keep your weight in the correct proportion.

Exercise daily will help the body circulatory system functions normally. Do aerobic exercise for at least thirty minutes continuously. Also practice muscle by anaerobic exercise alternatively. Strong muscles help support internal organ and bones. Breath by using diaphragm will enable your lung to inhale and exhale deeply. This will lead to more oxygen consumption into the body. Finally we need to go to the bathroom everyday so that the body can excrete all the waste products out. Keeping the above habits will help your body stronger and live longer with better health condition.

2 Relationship: Man can not live alone in the planet. We are the only creature in the world that depends on other since we were born. After we were born, we depend on our parents. When we were in school, we depend on our friends. When we were at work, we depend on our boss and colleagues. When we are at home, we depend on our family members. Each one of us depends on one another. Good relationship is another area of life that we need to focus on. Make sure that we have goal in relationship and we can do what ever it take to get good relationship with the ones who are surround us.

3 Financial: Man still needs money to survive in this society. Many are not a bad thing but many relate money either too highly or too low. Money is a vehicle to our ultimate goal. However, financial goal can not be the only goal since money itself can not fulfill us in the inner self. Some people value money too highly. Some time they emphasize on getting money so high that they can do anything. A lot of time they got themselves into trouble because of this. Make sure that we accumulate enough wealth. Make it enough to let us live without worry about money for the rest of our life. This is called financial freedom. Financial freedom should be a goal for each individual so that they can we can focus on more important aspect afterwards.

4 Spiritual: Human being needs some kind of support spiritually by the sacred entity that he believes in. Every religion taught us to connect to our inner self. Make a practice to be closer to our spiritual entity. And make sure that we also have the goal to focus on our religions, whatever they are. This will lead to all achievements in our mind. It will help us to understand how to look at thing creatively.

Visualize yourself succeed in the areas we mentioned will enable the capability of attracting what we would like to have or to share. It will help us to perform better in all areas of life.
