The Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in Manchester, Tennessee offers a mix of stars like Pearl Jam, Willie Nelson and B.B. King. There are camping passes available so the festival goers can settle in and enjoy the four day event at their own leisure. The mix of genres guarantees that there will be something for everyone.

Austin City Limits features 130 artists that cover a range of music genres - from choirs to hard rock and most anything in between. There is no camping available, but there are a number of hotels in the area that do offer great rates for festival goers. If you are willing to shell out a few extra dollars then VIP passes will give you access to daily gourmet meals, air conditioned bathrooms a mini spa and even shorter drink lines.

Finding the music festival that is right for you will depend on where you want to go and what you want to spend (and what genre you prefer). There are plenty of genre specific festivals (like JazzFest in New Orleans) or those that cover a wide range of musical entertainment. The choice is all up to you.
