* Keep away all edibles from the bedroom ? If you are in a habit of eating something waking up at the middle of the night, it is time you cut the habit. This can hamper your sleeping habits in a big way. To help you getting rid of the temptation, have all the edibles in the kitchen and sleep peacefully for the some hours you tend to.
