Can you imagine yourself earning a ten figure income? Think about in terms of really happening; not just a dream of winning the lotterybut earning a ten figure income. 1. You Must have a Vision
For those of you who love the old musicals, remember the song from South Pacific called, Happy Talk. The chorus gives this wonderful admonition:
you got to have a dream if you dont have a fream how you gonna have a dream come true?
Lots of people walk through life static, never thinking they could achieve more. But you can and you have to dream it to become it!
Dont let that be said of you " that you have no dream; no vision. Write your vision; articulate your vision; embrace your vision; follow your vision. If you are on your way to becoming a billionaire, the first step is to have your vision well established.
2. You Must Have a Strong Why
You have to know why you want to be super rich. Not for the obvious things like material possessions but for the other reasons that you want to earn and live a wealthy life.
Make sure your why is bigger than you are (bigger than your mere wants). Once you get up past the six-figure level (monthly or yearly, either one) and move ever higher, believe it or not, things will begin to bore you. There must be a higher calling that compels you to keep moving ever upward. Locate your why!
3. Mentors
Cows stay with cows, and so on. In other words, you have to surround yourself with mentors and other successful people who share your vision and see the future holding similar prosperity. Not only can you learn from their experience but they are like minded people who can teach you how to act wealthy and see it happen.
You can learn from their coaching, their books or other means. Let them be the pioneer and you can reap the benefits of their knowing.
Market a Product that Can Earn 100K Per Month
Lets face it; you arent going to get rich selling $15 and $20 items. You need to find a means to making money that produces a big price tag and is a coveted tool that people will want.
Remember you are trying to make a million dollars, not an extra thousand a month. Marketing small ticket items is like digging a pond with a shovel. Big ticket items will give you the earth mover you need to dig your pond out effectively and quickly.
5. Create Leverage with Network Marketing (people working for you without the headache of employees)
It was oilman J. Paul Getty who stated: I would rather earn 1% off a 100 people's efforts than 100% of my own efforts.
This is such a true statement that it almost goes without saying. The sad thing is, so few people will walk this out in their lifetime.
Many of the network marketing opportunities available today offer individuals an amazing amount of leverage by using the efforts of many others. This must be included in your steps to earning a ten-figure income.
6. Use Your Head When Investing & Stay Out of Debt
The rich stay rich because they know what to do with the money they have. Middle class people work hard for every cent of their money while the wealthy make their money do all the hard work. You wont get rich paying interest or being in debt.
Investing your money in a consistent means will mean safe returns without risk. Take the time to learn from the wealthy how to invest wisely. Above all us, you have to develop a wealthy persons mindset in all areas of finance.
7. Healthy Person Wealthy Person
The old adage says it take around 21 days to make a habit. This can be good news if you are trying to settle into new and positive habits.
The truth remains that you can't live one part of your life in health, wealth and goodness and forego in other areas. Eating right, working out and taking care of yourself and living a healthy life will impact your body and mind. This will spill over to all areas of your life.

8. Excellence Always

9. Dream; Envision; Meditate
This step is closely related to #1. While it is imperative to have a dream (noun), it is equally imperative to dream (action verb). Keep your dreams and goals ever before your eyes by use of imagery and meditation.
Some people use a dream board, or a goal map to help envision exactly what it is they want their future to look like. Some list goals on 3X5 cards and review them daily. Still others write out (in present tense) what their life will be like in the future (as though they were already living out their dream). T. Harv Eker (Secrets of the Millionaire Mind) says whatever you focus on, expands So stop spending time focusing on what you dont want! Focus on what you want!
10. Never Never Never Quit!
Always remember that you will make mistakes or err in your judgment and even make a few bad decisions. These may set you back a bit, but as long as you dont quit you have not failed. The difference in being successful and being a failure is your ability to make concessions and get moving again if you hit a pitfall.
Keep your thoughts positive and always keep on trying. As long as you do that, you are never a failure. Failure is not about making mistakes, failure is about quitting!
Whatever you can believe and conceive, you can achieve.

It also helps get rid of bone related problems. But, a word of caution- before starting any kind of exercise or yoga therapy one must consult the doctor.
2. Healthy Diet: A balanced diet which contains all the nutrients required for the body are a must to stay healthy. A low fat diet and a balanced complete meal can help one lead a long and illness free life. This should be a balance of green vegetables, fruits, pulses, whole grains, breads, cereals and milk.
