The 3rd Lost Rule Of Network Marketing Success

Learn about and become an expert about the products you are selling. This means, that you need to actually use the products so you can have an authentic personal experience to share with other people.



The reason behind this is simple: Why would anyone want to buy from you, if you won't even buy from your own company?

This doesn't mean you have to wait several months before you start selling the product. You obviously have to start somewhere, and you should not claim any sort of benefits that you have not experienced personally. However, what you can do, and should always do is research credible third party documentation. If your companies products are as good as they say they are, there will be plenty of 3rd party documentation backing it up. Furthermore, there will be people in your company with personal testimony on the benefits of the product.

It's just like referring a movie or a good book. Would you refer someone to a movie, which you yourself have not seen, or a book you have not read? So, if you do not have a personal positive experience with the product yet, use other peoples until you have your own.

Don't try to make it anymore complicated that this.

The most essential element to the success of your business is the consistent acquisition of new customers. Get customers for yourself and recruit others and teach them to do the same.

If you set the bar high, then your people will follow. Any organization lives and dies on the standards of its leaders. If the leader is constantly acquiring new customers, then the whole group will do the same. The speed of the leader, is the speed of the group.

Here are 3 elements to success we recommend you follow;

1) Know Your Products and Industry: Be committed to ongoing education. When you are properly educated about the industry and your company's products, recruiting new distributors, getting new customers, and over-coming objects will become very simple.

2) Understand Your Customer's Needs: Everyone has different needs, and as you talk to more people, you will begin to find commonalities among certain people. There are different archetypes you will find that are attracted to products like yours. Your job is to identify their needs, and see how your product can easily fit into their life.

3) Consistent Follow Up: The main reason why most people do not follow up is fear. They don't want to seem pushy or they don't want to bug people. If you learn to build the relationship the right way, this will never be an issue. It may take a few times to get comfortable with follow up, but the sooner you develop the habit, the quicker you will have success.

1. Remember Birthdays and Important Dates

Remember to write down your new customer's birthday or any special days for them. Get their mailing address and email address. Hand written cards are best, but even an email or phone call is better than nothing. Most email or calendar programs have reminders, but if yours does not, Here are a few options.

2. Stay In Touch

Make regular calls to your customer to build the relationship. It's not always necessary to talk about the product(s) or your business. You can call just to say hi.

3. Be Generous

Send out unexpected gifts. Maybe an article, a CD the customer may be interested in, or even some free seminar tickets, whatever you may think interests them. As you educate your customers they will see you as a professional and send you more business.

4. Always Remember Holidays

Send out Holiday cards. Since people usually receive so many, do your best to make yours unique. Once again, don't take every opportunity of contact as an opportunity to sell, that's what an amateur sales person does, not a friend.

5. Recognition and Gratitude

Recognition is a big thing in this industry. For whatever reason, your customers did not join your business. However, don't you think they would love the same type of recognition? This will set you apart from most people and your customers will appreciate it, and remember you. Showing a little gratitude can be as simple as just letting them know how much you appreciate them in your life.

Your company will have a specific system to acquire customers, use it and tweak it to your own style. Most people will become customers because of you, not because of your company.
