In the past most of the jobs Paralegals do today were done by lawyers, but with the upgrading of Paralegal training, firms have found it convenient to hire Paralegals than lawyers and save money.

As a Paralegal you may have specialized in a particular field such as Immigration. Government and Business offices such as Commercial firms, Insurance firms and even banks now employ Paralegals. Today a Paralegal is required in every endeavor of life. As in other vocations,retraining is necessary for a Paralegal. Today you have Paralegals in all fields of life, and the entry level for a Paralegal is now a Bachelor degree.
