The above two is really the basis of judging, why we do what we do, not only us, but also companies or groups. Why did we succeed in so and so and why did we fail are all dependent on what we believe in and what we esteem or value. These give a meaning to everything and propel our moves and actions.

Who am I?

The greatest factor of all! What is my identification and who am I really? This is an area I will most strongly keep all attacks away, because it is me, myself. I will take very less criticism about myself. So self-examination time says 'ask yourself, what are your strengths and how do you use them.'

What is the greater purpose or goal?

At this category, I question my ideals and ask myself, if there is any greater purpose in life. For most people it boils down to the aspect of God. We then ask queries about our goals, targets or aims in life. Even a group will ask itself this question. Naturally all of us, groups or individuals want to lead meaningful lives and that will give us answers about what is the bigger goal for what we strive. Is it for anyone in particular? Is it for any bigger purpose that we work? These questions can give us an almost religious zeal.

The use of Logical Levels

This method allows you to comprehend:

1) What type of knowledge you are handling?

2) What is the root cause of all problems?

3) What stage is the difficulty propping up at?

4) At what stage should something be done about it?

Finally to understand change, we have to ask ourselves these questions:

If you are giving NLP teachings, then what impression are you creating in your area, your working environment, the NLP organization, etc.?

How do you evaluate yourself? What is your capability? Are you a success?
