This job can't be compared or weighted with any high profile job in this world. But with the changing status of society it has become a need for every woman to showcase her talent and exploit her knowledge.



There is always a guilt feeling among most of the working mom about not able to give enough of their time children. But I think it is not about how much time you spend with your child it is the quality of time you spend. I am myself a working mom. Initially it took me a lot to convince my partner that it is essential for me to work.

It was 15 days after my son's first b'day that I joined an IT company. Yes there are times when it becomes difficult to juggle between the two roles of a mom and working women.

It is very exhausting but the very thing that should keep us going is that in this rat race it is also important to make our stand in this society.

There is a stage when Children get busy in their own lives and forget the time and Effort the mother took for bringing them up.

In fact they unknowingly start forgetting the sacrifices she does and get busy with thier own lives. It is then you start feeling lonely and incomplete but then the time takes toll over her knowledge,confidence and talent.

With times it is hard to polish the skills with such a long gap. So I feel it is very important for a women to keep her pace with the world. Yes it is not always possible for all women with many limitations and fear of leaving the child at the responsibility of someone stranger. For them there is always a option for Work at home. Many companies and organisations have come up with the concept of Women working from home. And it is pretty well accepted nowadays in our society too. Many organisations have understood the importance for giving this opportunity to deserved women. That way they don't loose anything in major and gain the benefits of exploiting their knowledge.

I feel I am one of the blessed one.
