Short term benefits such as providing the first class customer service and support when needed, As for the long term benefits, I believe that the company should introduce loyalty schemes and compensation plans which will some how make the customer committed and loyal to the company and spread the positive word of mouth. This means that the customer will work as a indirect promoting agent that save the company those hundreds of dollars spent on advertisement campaigns!

I would also like to emphasize on the importance of providing training resources and materials that should be available to all the members to enable them to learn and develop their corporate skills and share this benefit with others to help them build their business.

Personally, I really encourage customer oriented companies and programs to exist because then only people will start trusting the online business industry and consequently there will be more people looking for online opportunities and ready to invest in such programs which will eventually flourish the internet home business industry. The only thing it will requires to take this industry further is to develop more -- Member Oriented Programs-- and witness the industry moving to another level.
