If you want to succeed on every diet that you will chose, you can but you will need to change your mindset.
majority of the people that start a diet are not obligated to it, they not obligated to there goal.
And how do you get obligated? Very plain, changing your mindset, connect good things to your diet.
What to I mean? I intend that you have to switch the way you think on diet, on food, and connect some new beliefs.
There are two Strong's fillings in our life's, pleasure and pain.
When you eat you try to get away from the pain or attempt to get pleasure.
What we planning to do is to switch that state.
What you have to do is a list on all the things that you eat ,because all the bad things.
Let's say that you eating when you disturb, or when you're under stress .
So you do a list of all those emotion , and after that you choose you diet.
It's not important at all with diet you will choose, we are practicing an idea that you'll need to work on.
So you select your program and start connect your good feeling, your positive feelings to the diet plan.
And then you will imagine the way you are now, and the way you would like to be.
After you did write all of the good feeling you just start working.
Every time your hungry and you can't eat according to the program, you just take out you bad list and read it to yourself: if I will eat this then I will feel that, and I will have this and the entire bad thing that writhing over there.
And same when you eating little bit food that the program give you, you reading to you self the good list, and telling your self: I will be this , and will have that, I will weigh this and that, and so on you got the idea.
You probably not truly believing me, but what do you care? Try it out, I challenge you.

Dinner: Obama had gumbo while campaigning in New Orleans in February. But other alternatives come to mind. Think grilled chicken breast stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, garlic and pecorino Romano cheese, or grass-fed ribeye steak.
Turning to Obama's health plan; did you know that in the United States there are over 40 million citizens that includes 10 million children who are without health insurance. This is going to be one of the biggest troubles that soon to be official President Barrack Obama is going to have to handle when he takes office in a few weeks.
