So, if you're writing about dogs, don't go off on a tangent and write about the basketball game last night. When Google appoints page rank, it depends on lots of factors. I don't want to get into that now, but let's just say that a PR5 will show up better in search results than a PR0, 1, 2, 3, or 4.
