There are a few bad habits that will aggravate your eczema. No health benefits are gained by continuing these habits and they certainly won't do your eczema skin any good. Habits like alcohol and cigarettes for instance. Both of these cause havoc to your system and generate an unknown amount of toxins in your body.
Another bad habit is that of radiation. However with radiation it is unlikely that you go out of your way to being exposed to it. The exposure to radiation is not so obvious either.
Radiation is very dangerous at any dose. Do you know how many man-made radiation pieces of equipment you have in your house right now? Do you own a radio, TV, microwave or a burglar alarm? At your place of work do you handle photocopying machines? Do you live near electrical power lines? And at the hospital or dentist do you have to take x-rays as part of your treatment?
All theses bits of machinery give off low to high levels of radiation. And over time, with continuous exposure you could be harming your skin.
To make certain you're not exposing yourself to dangerous levels of radiation ensure that you stay away from all electrical equipment. Don't sleep with your mobile phone on the bed or near your pillow. You don't need to add any more toxins to your body than you are already getting.
And to be on the safe side you should increase the amount of anti-pollutant nutrients that you take on a daily basis.
The following nutrients will protect you against most pollutants:
#1 To eliminate radiation pollution from your body increase the amount of alginates (these are forms of fibre found in seaweeds), they also help bind heavy metals in the gut.
#2 For lead build-up take Vitamin C. Over time it will eliminate stored lead, cadmium, mercury and many allergens.
#3 A great antioxidant is that of Vitamin E. It protects against carbon monoxide and detoxifies pesticides.
#4 A nutrient that will detoxify against mercury, copper and cadmium is Selenium.
